As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our computer processing system. Our new system will help us continue to provide the Premier Banking Service you have come to expect, while better enabling us to protect your confidential information and offer the most up-to-date products and services. The conversion to our new system will begin on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 3:00 pm, and will be completed by the morning of Thursday, October 16, 2014 (the “Conversion Period”), by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST).
With our new processing system, there are some changes that will affect the products and services we provide to you. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this notification carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible.
Temporary Service Limitations during the Conversion Period:
In order to make the switch to our new processing system, we must temporarily limit the availability of some banking services during the Conversion Period. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the Conversion Period. The affected services and temporary limitations are discussed below.
Online Bill Pay – The cutoff hour for Bill Pay transactions during the Conversion Period will be Tuesday, October 14th at 3:00 pm (EST). Any instructions to issue a Bill Pay payment during the Conversion Period after this cutoff hour will be rescheduled for processing on Thursday, October 16th at 9:00 am (EST).
All Other Online Banking Transactions – The cutoff hour for all Online Banking transactions (except Online Bill Pay) during the Conversion Period will be Tuesday, October 14th at 3:00 pm (EST). After this cutoff hour, the Online Banking system will be unavailable until Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 9:00 am (EST).
